Draft and manage offer letters and appointment letters.Coordinate induction of new hires and facilitate exit formalities.Maintain HR documentation and records.Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations.Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations. Strong communication and organizational skills.
