Position: HR Operations Department: Human Resources Location: Jaipur Experience: 3-7 Years Reporting To: HR Head Key Roles & Responsibilities Payroll Management Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance inputs, salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and final payroll validation.Attendance & HRIS Management Maintain employee attendance, leave, joining, exit, and other employee records in the HRMS/HRIS and ensure data accuracy.Statutory Compliance Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.Payroll Compliance & Audits Coordinate with Finance and external consultants for payroll reconciliations, statutory returns, payments, and audit requirements.Employee Lifecycle Operations Manage HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, full & final settlement, and employee exits.Employee Support & Query Resolution Handle employee queries related to salary, payroll, deductions, attendance, leave, PF/ESIC, and other HR operational matters.Policy & Process Compliance Ensure HR processes are implemented as per company policies and maintain proper documentation and employee records. Required Skills Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory complianceWorking knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and labour lawsGood understanding of HRMS/HRIS and ExcelStrong analytical and numerical skillsGood coordination and communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and confidentialityAbility to manage payroll timelines and compliance deadlines Preferred Qualification MBA in HR .
