Job Title: HR Executive Talent Acquisition Operations / HR Analytics (Off-roll) Location: Worli, Mumbai Employment Type: Off-roll Role Summary We are looking for an HR qualified with 26 years of experience in HR Operations, HR MIS, HR Analytics, or Talent Acquisition Operations . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in preparing HR dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights. Exposure to automation tools and technology-enabled HR processes will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment analytics . Analyze recruitment and HR data to generate meaningful insights for management. Track key recruitment metrics such as: Time-to-Hire Time-to-Fill Offer Acceptance Ratio Joining Ratio Source Effectiveness Recruitment Funnel Develop periodic HR reports and presentations for leadership review. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of HR data. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams for data collection and reporting. Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve operational efficiency. Support HR projects related to process improvement, automation, and digital transformation. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates. Assist in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition reporting activities.
