• BMS / BBM / BBA in HR Pursuing or Completed

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end campus hiring for corporate clients.
• Need good Communication skills, Presentable and Mature personality
• Coordinate with colleges and placement cells.
• Well versed with using various new generation apps.
• Source and screen candidate profiles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment databases and hiring trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
