Job Title: HR Operations Location: Chennai Experience: 3-6 Years Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with hands-on experience in employee insurance administration, statutory compliance, medical insurance management, Group Personal Accident (GPA), Group Medical Insurance (GMC), Group Term Life Insurance (GTL), Gratuity, and Group Annuity Assurance (GAA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefits, ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating with insurance providers, and supporting HR operational activities.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee insurance administration, including Group Medical Insurance (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Group Term Life Insurance (GTL), and Group Annuity Assurance (GAA).
Coordinate with insurance vendors and TPAs for employee enrollment, additions, deletions, and policy renewals.
Handle insurance claims, reimbursements, escalations, and claim settlements.
Maintain employee insurance records and ensure data accuracy.
Support annual insurance policy renewals and premium reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for insurance premium deductions and reconciliations.
Manage employee benefits documentation, policy communication, and awareness sessions.
Handle onboarding and exit formalities related to employee benefits and insurance.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance reports for management.
Assist in HR audits and maintain compliance documentation.
Support HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
