Job Description
Clarifying customer inquiries in the assigned subject area with system support communicating with internal customersPreparing and maintaining standard correspondence contracts and other standard documents as per system requirementsMaintaining HR data and ensuring the quality of the dataPreparing and providing certificates Handling standardized internal external correspondence e g with health insurers and authoritiesChecking data and tracking schedulesGerman Language B2.2 level is mandatory
