Design and lead organizational development initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Facilitate the development of a highperforming leadership team, providing coaching and mentoring to executives.
Employee Relations and Culture:
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive, inclusive work environment.
Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to senior leaders.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on employment law matters.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisionmaking and drive business outcomes.
Prepare and present reports to the executive team on HR performance, including key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.
Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What we are looking for:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
