Hr Ops Immediate Joiners Bengaluru

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support end-to-end HR operational processes for the US geography. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. hiring compliance, onboarding processes, HR systems, and stakeholder coordination.

Manage end-to-end HR operations globally. Coordinate and track Background Verification (BGV) and Drug Testing processes. Handle current hire documentation, offer paperwork, and onboarding formalities. Ensure accurate and timely completion of I-9 Verification in compliance with US regulations. Support employee benefits administration and respond to employee queries. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS systems. Partner with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, recruiters, payroll, compliance teams) to ensure seamless HR operations. Generate HR reports and dashboards using Excel and HR systems. Ensure adherence to company policies and US labor compliance requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 months1. 5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably supporting the US geography. Strong understanding of BGV, Drug Testing, Onboarding, I-9 verification, and Advantages administration. Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft. Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Preferred Attributes: Experience working in a shared services or global HR operations setting. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. .
