About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Recruiters to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment targets within the assigned timelines.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a result-oriented approach.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with recruitment experience will be preferred.
