End-to-end recruitment and talent sourcingInterview coordination and candidate experienceOnboarding, documentation & employee lifecycle managementHR operations, records management, and engagement initiativesClose collaboration with hiring managers and leadershipWho we're looking for:
03 years in HR or Recruitment (Freshers welcome)Strong communicator with a people-oriented mindsetComfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentMBA/PGDM in HR preferred | Karnataka-based candidates preferredWhy XcelCorp
