Job Role: HR Recruiter Client: FirstCry Openings: 2 Location: - Pune 1 Opening - PCMC 1 Opening Salary: 22,000 25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities - Hire Delivery Bikers for FirstCry. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field hiring. - Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination. - Follow up with candidates until joining. - Complete onboarding documentation. - Maintain daily hiring reports and achieve recruitment targets. - Coordinate with the operations team for manpower requirements. Eligibility - Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience can also apply). - Freshers and experienced recruiters are welcome. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel. - Target-oriented and self-motivated.
