Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organizations workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 04 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers may apply).
- Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing tools.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage hiring deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and hiring practices.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in IT or technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Exposure to campus hiring and bulk recruitment.
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
