Handle end-to-end recruitment
Source and screen candidates through job portals and networks
Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual & face-to-face)
Follow up with candidates until joining
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Pitch recruitment services to clients
Onboard new clients and manage relationships
Achieve monthly hiring and client acquisition targets
First three months training period with stipend of Rs.8K
Salary will be paid after third month.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: Up to 15,000.00 per month
