### Key Responsibilities

* Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn & other channels
* Screening and shortlisting candidates
* Calling candidates and explaining job opportunities
* Scheduling interviews
* Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers
* Coordinating with candidates and HR team
* Supporting day-to-day recruitment activities

### Opportunity

This is a **2-month HR Recruitment Internship/Training opportunity**, suitable for freshers who want to gain practical experience in **Recruitment & HR Operations**.
