- Job Title : HR Recruiter
- Experience : 0- 3 Years FRESHERS, Will be Provided TRAINING
- Location :- Banashankari 2 Sate, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- CLIENT VACANCY :- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- MAPPING :- Create accurate job descriptions & Plan Sourcing STRATEGIES
- SOURCING :- candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- SCREENING :- Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates based on Client Requirements
- SHORTLISTING :- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- INTERVIEW SCHEDULING :- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- FOLLOW UP :- with candidates throughout the recruitment process gather feedback from the hiring panel.
- OFFER MANAGEMENT :- Coordinate the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and handle onboarding formalities.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data and metrics in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per client deadlines.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive, professional experience.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes
- Experience using job portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines - BULK HIRING
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Preferred Qualification
- MBA / GRADUATE / MSW / Under Grad - Fresher / Experienced
