Human Resource Specialist (Night Shift)
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities for US Recruitment team based in Noida and Bangalore,
- Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.
- Facilitate employee induction and maintain employee records.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Handle employee relations and HR-related queries.
- Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and separation formalities.
- Ensure HR documentation, compliance, and process adherence.
Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Hours).
