Human Resource Specialist (Night Shift) Location: Noida; Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities for US Recruitment team based in Noida and Bangalore.
Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.
Facilitate employee induction and maintain employee records.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Handle employee relations and HR-related queries.
Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and separation formalities.
Ensure HR documentation, compliance, and process adherence.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Hours).
