Role Description
The HR Recruiter Specialist (Freshers) role at XpressEdu is a full-time remote position focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. The role includes communicating with candidates through email, phone, and virtual platforms, maintaining candidate databases, and updating recruitment trackers. The HR Recruiter Specialist will help prepare basic job descriptions, support onboarding activities, and ensure that recruitment processes follow company policies and legal guidelines. This role offers an opportunity to learn HR best practices, work closely with the HR team, and grow into more advanced talent acquisition responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and spoken English, and the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employment documentation, with interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
- Comfort with digital tools, including email, video conferencing platforms, and common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Positive, learning-oriented mindset, with willingness to take feedback, adapt to new processes, and work collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent education; internships or project experience in HR or recruitment are an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work independently with guidance, uphold confidentiality, and follow ethical and non-discriminatory hiring practices. .
