Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for overseas job vacancies.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and eligibility.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/employers.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and documentation process.

• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

• Maintain proper records of candidate profiles, interview status, and selections.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for upcoming overseas vacancies.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in overseas recruitment.

• Experience with job portals such as Shine, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to screen and shortlist candidates effectively.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic computer skills.

• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Candidates with experience in Gulf/European recruitment will be preferred.
