We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Prepare recruitment MIS reports and trackers.

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
