Description:
A well-established Chartered Accountancy firm based in Worli, Mumbai, is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to support its growing talent acquisition needs.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the firm.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in onboarding formalities and joining coordination.

Skills:

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification will be an added advantage.
• 13 years of recruitment experience, preferably in CA firms, consulting firms, BFSI, or professional services organizations.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
