Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, and initial HR screening. Utilize job portals and LinkedIn to identify and attract potential candidates. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement and follow-ups. Support offer management and onboarding activities. Prepare Recruitment MIS, reports, and maintain HR documentation. Gain exposure to diverse hiring needs across multiple industries. Requirements Final-year students, fresh graduates, or individuals passionate about starting a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Available for a full-time, 6-month internship. .
