01Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests, determining the scope of need, working to resolve issues, and directing to resources as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in an HR support or call center environment.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks.
