01Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user troubleshooting and support for HR Systems (Workday/Oracle) through a tiered ticketing system, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues. Develop and implement effective technical solutions to resolve business challenges, delivering tangible value to internal stakeholders across HR Technology Services functions Assist with data conversion activities, including mass data loads (EIBs or HSDL). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal support and successful project outcomes. Gather and analyze customer requirements to propose tailored solutions that meet business needs. Conduct in-depth research on system issues and provide recommendations for improvements or resolutions. Take ownership of assigned audits, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of findings. Propose and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support future scalability. Document business processes, work instructions, and other technical resources, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Review and update existing work instructions to reflect system changes and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience with HR Systems troubleshooting and support is preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or similar roles. Experience with data conversion, mass data loads, or EIB integrations is a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
