HR Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities End-to-end Talent Acquisition workflow.How structured and process-oriented hiring works in a real environment.Building and maintaining a talent pipeline.Hands-on exposure to AI tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate profiling.Resume screening and candidate fitment assessment.Collaboration with senior HR professionals on strategic hiring initiatives.Assist in identifying candidates using traditional and AI-assisted sourcing methods.Conduct resume screening and basic assessments.Maintain structured candidate databases and talent pool trackers.Support the HR team with coordination, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.Experiment with AI tools for sourcing, filtering, and engaging with candidates.Follow structured HR processes and contribute to workflow improvements. Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.Curious about AI-driven recruitment tools.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
