Job Description We are looking for an experienced HR Team Lead to join our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment (Preferably BPO and Banking hiring), along with team handling, client management, and bulk hiring. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the recruitment team. Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment. Coordinate with clients and understand hiring requirements. Drive bulk hiring and ensure timely closures. Monitor team performance and achieve recruitment targets. Support and mentor team members to improve productivity. Eligibility: Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Team Lead. Mandatory experience working in a recruitment consultancy. Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment (Preferably BPO and Banking hiring).
