Job Description: HR Tech Project Manager
Position Overview
Responsible to project manage and track Tech implementations across the employee lifecycle
Monitor and review existing tech stack and process efficiencies to ensure upgrade to best in class technologies to deliver on superior employee experience. Ensure compliance to internal processes/Policies and industry standards
Responsibilities
Project Management
o Oversee running of end-to-end HR technology projects in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and data management o Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and legal requirements o Monitor process performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement o Monitor timely implementation of fixes in implemented projects
HR Technology Implementation
o Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement and maintain HR technology solutions (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
o Lead system upgrades, integrations, automation, and enhancements o Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support in partnership with SME & IT
Data Integrity and Reporting:
o Generate regular reports and analytics to support decision-making o Ensure data security and privacy o Review current running integrations are aligned to needs
User Training and Support
o Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users on system functionalities.
o Address user queries and provide technical assistance.
o Promote adoption of HR tech tools across the organization o Offer advice and recommendations to HR personnel for the resolution of daily HR challenges
Continuous Improvement
o Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions for streamlining workflows.
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
o Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. .
