We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Technical Recruiter to join our team in Raipur. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in recruitment. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and contributing to the organizations growth by hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and internal teams
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress using internal systems
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights
- Support onboarding coordination and documentation processes when required
