Job overview
We are looking for sincere and diligent candidates with strong oral and written communication skills to join us as Trainees for twelve months in various teams. As a trainee with Everest Group, you will get an opportunity to work on complex business challenges, learn industry best practices, and know more about the domain.
HR - Total Rewards
Support administration of employee benefits, including medical insurance, health check-ups, wellness programs, and enrollments.
Coordinate annual benefits activities, including insurance renewals, dependent updates, and employee communications.
Address employee queries related to benefits, insurance, reimbursements, and Total Rewards, escalating complex cases as needed.
Coordinate Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, including nominations, award communication, and distribution.
Maintain accurate trackers and records for benefits, wellness initiatives, and R&R programs.
Coordinate with vendors for benefits administration and wellness initiatives.
Ensure accurate employee documentation and leverage Excel for data management and reporting.
Support compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards initiatives and projects as required.
Education
BBA/BCom/BCom(Hons)/B.A.(Prog)/B.Sc.(Stats)/Stats (Hons)/BTech/Eco(Hons)
Stipend - Rs 25,000 per month
