This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR functions, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition. As an intern, you will work closely with senior HR professionals and hiring managers to gain practical exposure in real-world HR operations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior HR managers to understand ongoing hiring requirements.Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Help in drafting and updating job descriptions.Maintain candidate databases and track the progress of open positions.Research and implement innovative sourcing techniques.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and HR best practices.Support general HR operations as needed.RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Join Phykon as an HR Intern and take the first step in building a successful career in Human Resources.
