We define and deliver People related processes to support the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers to provide them with the tools they need in order to support their teams. The function plays a critical role in driving employee engagement and is responsible for designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives to foster a thriving, diverse and inclusive work culture for all.
As part of our wider AI Transformation strategy, we are embedding AI and automation across our People processes to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy and free up capacity for more strategic, people-focused work. This role is central to that ambition, using data and technology to track workflow processes and support smarter, more efficient solutions across the HR function.
FE fundinfo is seeking an HR Transformation Anlyst whose primary responsibility will be to execute AI and automation projects against the HR Transformation strategy, as well as support on efficient people data analytics and reporting.
Your key responsibilities as a HR Transformation Analyst will include:
Build, populate, and automate HR Dashboards to support HR reporting dashboards. Continuously review existing reporting with a view to improving, re-designing and making them fit for purpose for a number of internal audiences (ranging from HR stakeholders to senior business leaders)Provide system administration support for ongoing HRIS transformation, including automation, enhancement and deployment of additional modules and system processes. Work with the internal AI Transformation Team to plan and build automation and AI solutions to meet the HR AI transformation strategy.Analysing people data and presenting insights that support informed decision-making across the business. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a HR Transformation Analyst:
You will have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally working with HR-related data and metrics.You will have strong experience creating, analysing, and communicating data insights to a variety of stakeholders.You will be proficient in Tableau and Power BI, with experience designing and developing impactful dashboards and reports.You will have experience using AI tools such as Claude.ai, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio, including building basic automation or agentic solutions.You will have experience working with HRIS platforms and possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to support reporting and analysis.
