Responsibilities Monitor and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for off-roll employees from recruitment and onboarding to exit. Lead communication campaigns on Offroll HR policies and ensure 100% governance and adherence to off-roll statutory compliances. Drive efficiency in HR operations and last-mile delivery across employee lifecycle and self-service matters such as claims and exit clearances. Ensure timely redressal of queries and grievances. Ensure robust HR processes and systems including monthly database accuracy and organization structure management. Ensure on-time and quality hiring from all approved sourcing channels. Act as a Business Partner for the Region by designing and implementing people initiatives aligned to business needs.
