01Responsibilities
o Execute the client onboarding process, including information gathering, system setup, and policy implementation
o Configure payroll, leave, expense claims, and attendance modules according to client specifications
o Manage workflow through initial payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions
o Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating the ability to work independently
o Ensure thorough documentation and accurate processing of all payroll-related information
o Provide client education on software utilization and best practices
o Adapt to high-volume periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes
o Apply comprehensive knowledge of advantages, compensation principles, income tax, and retirement plans
o Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs
o Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management capabilities
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, and Income Tax.
o Should develop in-depth product knowledge to do product fitment gap analysis between clients requirement and product features and functionalities
Job requirements:
o Bachelors degree
o 2+ to 6 years of experience in implementation or product support with domestic clients
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Superior client relationship management abilities
o In-depth knowledge of Indian HR and Payroll domain
o Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
o Proficiency in MS Excel
o Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
o Ability to perform under pressure during peak periods (month-end, quarter-end, and year-end)
