Our goal is to enhance processes, boost productivity, and elevate customer and employee experiences while maintaining cost-effectiveness.As an HRSS Analyst at InsighTEK Global, you will be responsible for managing employee records, processing HR transactions, addressing employee queries, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of HR processes. This full-time position is based in Coimbatore and necessitates a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong customer service orientation.The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Workday, Servicenow software, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are crucial. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment are also key requirements.
