Role OverviewAs an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees alike. You will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with our business goals while driving organizational performance and culture. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business growth.Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.Lead and support change management and organizational effectiveness programs.Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation.Champion initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture.Utilize HR metrics and analytics to influence strategic decisions and measure impact.Collaborate cross-functionally to support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee experience.RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, strategic HR, or employee relations.Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.Passionate about people, culture, and organizational development.Language Proficiency: Fluency in Native language .
