Key Responsibilities- *Recruitment*: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding*Communication*: Make outbound calls to candidates, follow-ups, and coordinate interview schedules*Operations*: Assist in daily operational activities within HR and admin functions, maintain internal documentation, trackers, and databasesRequired Skills- *Language*: Excellent command of English (verbal & written)*Attributes*: Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident, with strong multitasking skills and willingness to support operational activities*Qualification*: Preferably MBA (or equivalent) .
