We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and other core HR functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and follow-ups.Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Support HR-related administrative activities and prepare reports.Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.Support the HR team in various projects and process-improvement activities.Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.Good organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Attention to detail and good follow-up skills.EligibilityStudents or recent graduates from BBA, MBA, BA, , or any relevant field can apply.Freshers are welcome.Candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment are preferred.
