Education & Other Skills
Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2/3 years of experience in HR Operations with exposure to BGV, HRIS, attendance, payroll inputs, & compliance.
Strong understanding of HR operations, onboarding, exit processes, and statutory compliance.
Should have sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point).
Good communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving mindset, disciplined, positive approach, enthusiastic and a sense of ownership.
Should have high collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders in the department.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity. .
