01Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership - You develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with the companys strategic and business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, culture, and change management including implementation of HR transformation initiatives that strengthen the companys global people agenda.People Development Strategy - Design and drive a company-wide learning and development strategy focused on technical capability, professional growth, leadership development, and future skills which strengthen people management, team collaboration, and leadership excellence across all levels of the organization. You lead and direct a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across countries and business units.Performance and Organizational Effectiveness - You develop Performance management strategy and lead the performance management framework to ensure clarity of expectations, accountability, and development-focused feedback. Improvement in organizational effectiveness is ensured, and you partner with senior leaders to optimize team structures, role clarity, and cross-functional collaboration.Planning, Engagement, and Collaboration - You define and lead a global talent acquisition strategy to attract high-quality talent in both technical and non-technical functions. Strengthen employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice in international markets.You shape and foster a global culture built on collaboration, accountability, innovation, high performance and drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance communication, and teamwork. You support leaders in creating healthy, productive, and people-centered work environments.Compensation, Reward, and Retention - You oversee global compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with business goals. Retention strategies for key talent and critical roles are ensured, and you ensure HR policies, practices, and systems are effective, scalable, and compliant with local labor laws and global standards. You lead and develop the HR functions and manage employee relations matters with professionalism, consistency, and sound judgment.Qualifications:Masters degree in human resources management and have 12-15 years of senior HR leadership role in a multinational dynamic service environment.Deep understanding of organizational development, employee engagement, and change management, and demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within a company.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.You should have strong knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures, and understand employee engagement strategies and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making and have experience in developing and managing HR budgets.Strong project management skills for managing complex HR initiatives and experience in crisis management and business continuity planning.Our OfferAt mispa Technologies, we focus on IT consulting, and managed services that use Innovative Technologies.
