Role Description: The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Yavatmal, Maharashtra. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, Payroll and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and help foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The role also includes collaborating with management on workforce planning, training initiatives, and HR reporting. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to oversee core people processes and support organizational objectives.Qualifications Experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment, payroll, HR administration, and coordination of HR processes.Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote engagement.Knowledge of HR Policies and basic labor law compliance, and ability to help implement and maintain policy frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort with using HR software or MS Office tools.Preferably a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.Prior experience in a retail or customer-focused environment is an advantage. .
