Job Description
Lead talent acquisition for all GCC roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).Define role requirements and staffing plans with senior leaders.Maintain job descriptions, postings, and talent pipelines.Manage onboarding, orientation, and integration programs.Administer local HR policies: leave, payroll, benefits.Support performance management, goal-setting, and development.Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and HR best practices.Provide employee-level data to global HR teams.Serve as primary contact for employee relations.Establish internal recruitment pipeline for future hires.Collaborate with global HR and department heads.Uphold HR policies and procedures in alignment with global standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Generalist, Human Resources should have:
9-12 years' HR experience with talent acquisition expertise.Strong knowledge of Indian employment law and HR compliance.Full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services/shared services/MNCs.Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.University degree in HR/business required; SHRM/CIPD preferred.
