Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates, and posting vacancies across various job portals and online platforms. Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates whose qualifications, skills, and experience align with the organizations hiring requirements. Conduct candidate calling and preliminary telephonic interviews to assess suitability, explain job roles and responsibilities, and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring a smooth, organized, and timely hiring process. Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring trackers while supporting onboarding activities and HR documentation. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment data, trackers, and reports effectively.
