Conduct preliminary phone and virtual interviews to evaluate applicants skills, compatibility with the role, and level of interest. Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between selected candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring workflow. Keep detailed and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate information, interview evaluations, hiring progress, and related reports. Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, professional communication and providing timely updates and follow-ups. Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to understand workforce requirements, assist with internship and entry-level hiring, and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
