01Responsibilities
To coordinate with design consultants and internal Execution, Planning and Designing team for HVAC, Electrical, Lighting Design or PHEFF teams for the project assigned and Heat load calculation, pressurization calculation, Basement Ventilation calculation etc.To prepare indents with correct specifications for respective functionsEvaluate & co-ordinate with vendors for specific HVAC, PHEFF, lighting design and electrical systems Monitor the implementation during constructionTechnical liaising with consultants, architects and project teams in order to facilitate timely project execution Make a comparative study and finalize service ordersVendor management Competencies Required:
