We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of HVAC Project Engineer.
Experience: 3-5Years
Location: Mahim, Mumbai
Salary: 35-45k
Job Description:
- Supervise HVAC project execution at various sites, including VRF systems, ducting, piping,
AHUs, and ventilation systems.
- Prepare detailed execution plans and ensure projects are implemented as per design
specifications and timelines.
- Regularly update management on site progress, risks, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workforce for smooth site operations.
- Read, interpret, and work according to HVAC layout drawings and project specifications.
- Engage and coordinate with architects, consultants, customers, and project management
companies (PMCs).
- Ensure timely and accurate site measurements for certification and billing purposes.
- Estimate manpower requirements and plan daily workforce deployment accordingly.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards during project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and support the invoicing process with proper
certifications.
