The ideal candidate should have experience designing secure AI-driven solutions while ensuring compliance, governance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Develop AI-powered assistants, Copilots, and Agentic AI workflows for enterprise automation. Build secure integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, connectors, and scripting. Automate IT and business processes using AI, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools. Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Integrate IAM workflows with ServiceNow for identity lifecycle management. Develop AI-enabled automation for user provisioning, access reviews, and approval workflows. Ensure AI applications comply with enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards. Implement AI security controls, prompt security, data protection, and model governance. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI and IAM platforms. Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices. Required Experience 58 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). Hands-on experience with Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar IAM/PAM platforms. Experience building AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms. Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent Agentic AI frameworks. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT), and workflow automation. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience implementing AI governance, compliance, responsible AI practices, and secure AI deployment. Strong understanding of cloud security, Zero Trust, RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access models.
