Job Description:
Responsibilities
Oversee the liabilities business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
Set and achieve targets for new customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.
Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of branch managers and their teams.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the liabilities segment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in banking with a focus on liabilities.
Proven track record of managing and leading multi-branch operations.
Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
