Regional Head (RH) - Commercial Credit Cards
Role Objective
Drive acquisition of NTB corporate clients and overall growth of commercial credit card business across assigned cities/region
Primary Responsibility
Strategic sourcing and closure of corporate credit card deals
Portfolio Management - Activation, Converting Payment Flows to Card Spends, First line of collections for delinquent customers, Retention
Key Responsibilities
Source NTB corporate clients across all commercial card variants
Work closely with Corporate & Retail RMs to customize solutions and close deals
Lead client discussions and solutioning
Coordinate UCIC creation and file clearance through retail underwriting
Provide market and competitor insights
