Immediate Hiring AR Caller (US Healthcare Process)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. The role involves contacting insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders to follow up on pending medical claims, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely payment collections. The AR Caller will be responsible for analyzing denied or delayed claims, updating the system with accurate call notes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure claims are processed effectively. Candidates should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic knowledge of medical billing or the US healthcare process. Freshers with robust English fluency are welcome to apply, while prior experience in AR calling or medical billing will be an added advantage.
