**Key Responsibilities**
As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to customers face-to-face and over the phone
* Processing cargo shipments, including receiving, handling, and loading/unloading cargo
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth cargo operations

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful as a Cargo Agent, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the reputed company
* Possess a reputed company reputed company's license
* Basic digital literacy
* Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
